1. What We Collect
Name, email, home address, family information, service provider contacts, and usage data you provide directly.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide the Homebody AI service, send notifications you request, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. SMS Messaging
We send SMS messages only when you explicitly request them through the app. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Message frequency varies based on your activity in the app. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry standard encryption. Email content processed through Homebody AI is deleted within 24 hours after processing.
5. Your Rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from the app settings. Contact us at privacy@homebodyai.app with any questions.
6. Homebody Number Message Data
If you enable a Homebody Number, messages sent to that number — whether sent by you or by a third party you've shared the number with — are processed using the same AI system used elsewhere in Homebody AI: Anthropic Claude. As with other AI processing in Homebody, Anthropic does not store message content after processing your request and does not use it to train their models. Because processing incoming messages is what makes the Homebody Number feature work, this cannot be selectively disabled while the feature is enabled — you can turn off the entire Homebody Number feature at any time in the app to stop this processing. Processed message content and any resulting records (such as expenses, calendar events, or service history) are stored in your Homebody account and are visible only to you and anyone you've explicitly granted access to. Third-party senders do not have access to your account or to how their message was processed. Opted-out phone numbers are recorded so that future messages from that number are not processed or replied to; the underlying message is still retained in your records rather than discarded. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or the phone numbers of anyone who texts your Homebody Number, with third parties or lead generators.
